This herbal extraction of apple cider vinegar and honey is called oxymel. Besides being the body tonic, this mixture with the added rosemary and sage, may be very beneficial for sore throat and coughs, as well as for digestive problems (including loss of appetite, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, bloating, and heartburn). This tonic can be used as a salad dressing and mixed with some tonic water, it makes refreshing nonalcoholic spritzer. Usage: For adults, take 1tsp, 2-3times per day, when you feel a sickness coming on. This oxymel can also be taken daily as a preventative: 1 tsp first thing in the morning with or without some water. Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey, Rosemary, Sage Net weight: 225ml or 115ml Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from the direct sun light
