InformationHarvested from the coastline of New Zealand, our Manuka smoked sea salt is hand smoked over Manuka chips and combined with a combination of Bay Leaves and Rosemary to create a delicate, smoky, aromatic, condiment to add flavour to any meal. 100% sea salt, dried using solar and wind processes, then hand smoked and blended giving a natural NZ product. Use this salt on meat, fish, salads, vegetables and soups. You can grind the salt to a coarse or fine grind by altering the cap on the grinder when adding to your food.
