InformationHarvested from the coastline of New Zealand, our salt is slowly smoked over Manuka chips for a number of days to infuse a delicate, smoky flavour to the salt before being bottled by hand... creating a condiment like no other! 100% sea salt, dried using solar and wind processes, then hand smoked and bottled to give you a natural NZ product. Use this salt on meat, fish, salads and vegetables and soups. You can grind the salt to a coarse or fine grind by altering the cap on the grinder when adding to your food.
