InformationOur Herbs & Cranberry Moroccan Couscous is a delicious mix of our spice blends, fragrant herbs and cranberries. For a quick and delicious dinner, serve couscous with lamb or beef skewers, feta cheese or grilled haloumi. Cooking instructions Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and add contents of this bag. Stir for one minute. Add two cups of hot water, bring it to the boil then cover and simmer on a low heat for seven minutes. Remove from heat and leave to sit for five minutes for the flavours to infuse while the steam finishes cooking the couscous. Meal idea: For a memorable dinner serve with goat’s cheese, fresh green salad or chicken. Garnish with coriander or Italian parsley.
