Delivery & refunds

We hope that you receive your order in good condition. Here’s some information about how you will receive your order and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping

When you purchase products from The Good Food Collective, we’re consolidating your order in one easy to use shopping cart on-line. We then send each producer, details of what they will be supplying you along with your delivery details.

Each producer will carefully pack their products and dispatch them as soon as possible confirming tracking information so you can keep tabs on shipping progress.

If you purchase products from different producers, you will receive them in different packages and may receive them on different days.

Damaged product

Whenever you receive your product, please inspect it to make sure that it’s in good condition and hasn’t been damaged in transit. If a product is received in a damaged condition, please take a photo and send us details immediately to info@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz.

Please remember that if you notice damage when the courier is handing you the package, please sign for the product as damaged.

Incorrect product

Whilst our producers take the utmost care in preparing and then packing their products for you, sometimes a producer can accidentally dispatch the wrong product. If this occurs, please tell us about it as soon as possible by contacting us on info@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz. The producer may ask you to return the incorrect product at their cost. The producer will either dispatch the correct product to you as soon as possible or refund the purchase price.

Faulty product

The many producers on our site take great care in creating their wonderful products for you to taste. If you receive something that appears to be faulty, please contact us so that your concerns can be raised with the producer. We all want you to enjoy the great food and beverages that you have purchased.

Missing items

All products are dispatched via tracked courier. You may track your product directly with the shipping provider using the consignment note provided. Your product may come from different producers across the country so some items may take longer than others. If your product hasn’t arrived within 9 days of ordering, please contact us on info@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz

Returns

Should the producer request you to return a product for any of the above reasons, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on the products return. Please ensure that as much as possible, products are returned in their original packaging, intact and including the original packing slip.

If a purchase has been accepted for refund, your payment will be returned via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take a few days for any refunds to be processed by your bank.
