- Our business is owned and operated locally in New Zealand?
- Our products are made from New Zealand sourced ingredients or have been significantly processed in New Zealand?
- We’re committed to making quality products that our customers will enjoy and will keep them returning?
- Our products are made with good honest ingredients that are ethically and fairly sourced?
- Our products are made on a batch or small to medium scale and aren’t mass produced?
- Our products are not nationally ranged in major New Zealand supermarkets?
- We are committed to our customers and will dispatch products within 2 working days or on our specified delivery schedule?
- We have a desire to reduce excess packaging without compromising our products integrity or food safety?
- Our products meet both regional and national food safety requirements and we are legally allowed to sell these products in New Zealand?
- We are committed to looking after our customers and will promptly resolve any issues or complaints and process refunds in a timely manner?
- Our products are professionally packaged and presented?
