InformationOur Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, made with real vanilla bean extract, makes perfectly light and fluffy pancakes or crispy-edged waffles. Make breakfast easy. Just add water for pancakes and water and vegetable oil for waffles. Our bag is resealable-- so if you just want to make one pancake, you can! Makes 10-12 big fluffy pancakes or waffles. With a hint of malt, to add depth and richness, we use only the finest New Zealand local and imported ingredients. Shipping policy

The delivery charge is $5.99 with some exceptions*. We will deliver almost anywhere in New Zealand within 2-5 working days. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location*), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) * Deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) will incur additional costs.

We're Clare & Lulu- Two mums with seven boisterous and energetic kids between us. We believe in the magic of home baking and the power of spectacular sweet treats to brighten any day. We've been secretly cooking up a storm over the past few months, perfecting decadent dessert sauces and super easy-to-make exquisite baking mixes. When Auckland's second lockdown happened in August of 2020, we knew we couldn't wait any longer -- so we launched Secret Kiwi Kitchen to help brighten our local community with a fun and delicious offering. Our customers say it reminds them of their grandmother’s baking--and we are pretty chuffed as we think that’s the best kind. But we also understand how busy life can get… that it’s hard to come up with a plate to share or tea-time baking from scratch. So we've come up with the perfect solution: we do all your boring prep and you do the fun part. Nothing beats home-baked goodies and sharing them with friends! We believe a naughty indulgence doesn’t have to have nasty chemicals and nameless ingredients. We make our products with the best New Zealand and international sourced ingredients we can find. Our quality ingredients like Dutch cocoa all have clear supply chains, our coconut is without sulphites, and we use natural vegetable dyes instead of chemicals.
