This baking mix is mixed in the right proportions for you to bake up fresh at home and get it perfect every time! Put your decoration skills to the test, or keep it simple and elegant, it’s really up to you! Made from the best ingredients and mixed right here in New Zealand for you to enjoy with your family and friends. This cake mix is another tried and tested recipe that won’t fail! Inside every baking kit you will find, a disposable piping bag, a icing nozzle, a tub of sprinkles, cupcake liners, your cupcake / cake mix, the recipe card and a special gift! Each box makes one 2 layer cake or 20 cupcakes This cake freezes beautifully, is the PERFECT cake to carve for some out there cakes and keeps fresh for days! You have the option of making this into a chocolate cake by adding cocoa to the mixture as per the instructions on the recipe card! You will need some pantry items though! Eggs Butter Buttermilk or milk and lemon juice (to make your own buttermilk) please note - sprinkle colours might vary according to picture - we will keep it as close to this as possible
