InformationManuka honey from West Auckland. This batch is made up from Manuka as well as a range of other nectars my honeybees have foraged from forest flowers, wildflowers and farmlands. This honey has crystalized with a natural granular texture and has a strong sweet taste that distinguishes it from most Manuka batches. This batch has been lab tested at 83 mgo (equivalent to 5 UMF) and growing. Great tasting local Manuka honey for West Aucklanders. Raw and unpasteurised. Produced and packed by Don Buck Honey. Also available in the Mixed Box or the West Auckland Four Pack.
Orders are sent via Post Haste after 1-2 business days.
About Don Buck Honey
Don Buck Honey is a small one-man beekeeping operation based in Massey, West Auckland. I started small-commercial beekeeping in 2014, and in 2019 started selling my honey in pots under the name ‘Don Buck Honey’, after the name of the main road through my neighbourhood. I have hives in rural and forest parts of Northwest Auckland, as well as in the Whangaroa region of the Far North. Some of the honey batches are produced by my own hives, while others are from my father-in-law's hives in the Far North and in the Bay of Islands.
