About Estuary Olives
Almost 20 years ago Wayne and Pauline planted olive trees on their block of land overlooking the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. We decided very early on to grow our olives in the most natural way possible and not drench the trees with a load of chemicals. We have stuck to that principal and the grove is spray free. Harvesting the fruit is all done by hand - friends and family join in to make it a fun day. The olives are then pressed within 24 hours to retain freshness and all the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that make EVOO so good for you. AND the best part is - it tastes sooooo good. Our oil regularly wins awards in the Oliveti Norhthland Olive Oil Awards. It is consistently flavourful and aromatic.
