Pacific to plate is our vision direct from our farm to your table with Mahurangi Oysters. We harvest daily and hand select oysters to order. We package them up and pop them onto the courier to be delivered overnight to your door. Enjoy the freshest possible pacific oysters grown in the Mahurangi Harbour, packed in the freshest way, live and whole. Orders need to be in by 4 pm the night before harvest. i.e order by 4 pm Wednesday for Thursday harvest and Friday delivery. Pricing is for a dozen oysters and the minimum order quantity is for two dozen.
No rural delivery, Harvest Monday to Thursday, with no weekend deliveries. Harvesting can be stopped due to rainfall runoff into the Mahurangi Harbour, this may affect the availability of oysters. Order your whole shell oysters by 4 pm and the following day we will harvest, and package for overnight shipping so you can enjoy your fresh oysters the following day. Your oysters should arrive in perfect condition with no strong or unpleasant odours. They are shipped with a small amount of mud still on them, this helps to keep them as fresh as possible. Please ensure that someone can be at the delivery address to receive the order on arrival, the oysters should be kept at a temperature around 4-8 deg C, not left out in the direct sunlight.
