Nana Dunn & Co Red Onion Jam


Nana Dunn & Co create pickled onions and preserves "like they used to taste" using recipes passed on to them by Nana Dunn. Cousins Heidi and Laura started Nana Dunn & Co back in 2019. Today Heidi and her husband Scott continue to use Nana Dunn's recipes that dates back to 1935.

Here's Nana Dunn's Red Onion Jam, Blue Cheese & Parmesan Pizza Bread recipe

  1. Smother your pizza base in Red Onion Jam
  2. Add a handful of your favourite blue cheese scatter shaved parmesan and pepper and salt (try these artisan options for an extra flavour hit)
  3. Cook in a hot oven until the cheese has melted and starting to brown
  4. Serve with drinks or in thin slices on your platter
