Here at Choice Fruit Products we are taking our lifelong passion (and our mum's) for delicious, flavoursome food and sharing it with you. All of our products are packed full of flavour, are gluten free, dairy free, additive free, preservative free, suitable for vegans, low salt, palm oil free and no MSG When you buy a Choice Fruit product you are supporting a genuine NZ family owned business - we are the owners and also the operators, so your NZ dollar stays put here in Aotearoa - we source and use the best local produce for all of our products wherever possible There are numerous product ranges, with traditional and innovative recipes - all made in the heart of the Wairarapa We love using classic recipes and adding a fresh modern twist - we focus on quality, flavour and colour and are big advocates for fresh, seasonal, local, and organic ingredients (it is important to us to know the provenance of everything that goes into the making our products); with the added bonus of our products being in a refillable/NZ recyclable glass container.

CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS reserves the right to change web prices, products and shipping rates as and when required In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@choicefruits.co.nz - note that we do not offer a refund if your order is not delivered by a specific date (as this is outside our control). CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels that have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company

Refund, exchange, cancellation policy
CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS will accept returns subject to the following conditions: Item(s) are damaged/faulty prior to your delivery The item(s) has been supplied incorrectly due to a picking error The item(s) varies from the description given on the website Consequently, if you receive an item(s) that you believe is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS within 2 weeks of receipt. We will require photographic evidence to show the nature of the fault. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or damage prior to delivery CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS accepts faulty or damaged returns as long as we are notified within 2 weeks of receipt of goods. Outside of this timeframe, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. CHOICE FRUIT PRODUCTS will replace any damaged/faulty goods, or if this is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged/faulty goods. We are unable to to provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However if you contact us before your order has been despatched, we may be able to help. The above policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986)
