We started up with a desire to help family members with their health concerns. As our family loved baked treats, I wanted to create a baking mix that still tasted great but actually was much better for the body. Now we have a delicious range that also provides versatility and frees up time, as well as nourishing you. We are a small family-run business that would love to see our products helping people eat cake all over NZ.

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a refund or return based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Hunter Gatherer Gourmet and the buyer is unsatisfied, HGG is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@huntergatherergourmet.co.nz Refunds (if applicable) We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
