Planta was born out of a desire to create an exotic, low sugar and delicious sparkling beverage. Based on the superfood Yerba mate from South America, Planta is loaded with beneficial compounds. We wanted to create a beverage that not only energises and refreshes, it had to be healthy, drinkable anytime and for any reason. Mate tea is reputed to be antioxidant and nutrient rich as well as containing a unique slow release caffeine means it’s something we just had to share with you all. It’s time to listen to the ancients. Superfoods are super for a reason, the ‘Yerb’ has stood the test of time and has nourished the people who have consumed it for centuries. Welcome to PLANTA, Aotearoa New Zealand’s first Sparkling Yerba Mate drink.

Terms & conditions
We stand by our products 100%. However, if you are in any way not happy with your purchase and it is still within the best before date, please get in touch with us to arrange a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as an explanation or evidence as to how/why the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Often, we would like the product back for further analysis. Please have your purchase available for pick up by pre-arranged courier, if applicable. Once your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a direct credit will be made to your nominated bank account within 7 working days. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. Please keep proof of purchase to expedite your request. Exchanges (if applicable) We will replace your product for any reason at all. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@plantamate.co.nz and we will arrange for pickup of your product and dispatch a replacement ASAP. Gifts If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was a gift and the order shipped to a third party to give to you later, please either obtain a proof of purchase from them and follow steps above, or alternatively return it to the purchaser. Have the purchaser query the return.

Refund, exchange, cancellation policy
To return your product, you should email us at hello@plantamate.co.nz and we will arrange for a courier to pick up the product. Please note free shipping NZ wide with a purchase of $50 or more. This excludes other NZ territories and outlying islands. We do not ship overseas, please contact us at hello@plantamate.co.nz and we can point you to the nearest stockist.
