Refund, exchange, cancellation policy
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund at any time. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund your order. Please choose wisely, as we do not provide refunds for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as you notice the damage. Email us at websales@wildwestgourmet.co.nz, and include photographs of the packaging, and the damaged item(s). The more detail the better! Damaged orders will be replaced.
