InformationTAHU Gin is a classic dry gin utilising traditional botanicals for the purist. An aromatic citrus nose, smooth with slight heat on the palate. New Zealand grown coriander, angelica root, orris root and makrut lime leaves are infused to create a fabulous spirit. About TAHU
TAHU (na) - to ignite/ set alight - in our case it was the fire in our bellies, after a fairly rough start to our journey. A surf, a conversation later and the hard work began; from out of a shed came TAHU gin - a taste of Aotearoa (New Zealand). The first Māori owned gin business in the world. Our gin is infused and crafted with the finest natural ingredients sourced from around Aotearoa. Offering a unique experience, best served chilled with quality company and a tale or two to tell. We are committed to producing a sustainable product and fund local environmental projects.
