Chia pudding is a delicious vegan option for anyone looking for a healthy, nutritious and filling breakfast. It is made by mixing Chia Seeds with flavours add milk then chill. The Chia Seeds will swell and create a creamy amazing textured pudding. It can be eaten for breakfast, a snack or as a dessert. Chia Seeds are amazing little things that are high fibre, protein, omegas, and antioxidants. Make unreal Chia Pudding super fast using our amazing Chia Pudding Mix. Reuse a small jar or bowl, add 3 tablespoons of Chia Pudding Mix and 2/3 C of your preferred milk. Stir/Shake, leave for 2mins then stir/shake again. I love using Vanilla Soy Milk. Chill for at least 2hours or overnight. Enjoy within 10days of making. About Plant Basics Vegan Pantry

One evening over wine in late 2018, three vegans - a Brit (Dave), a Kiwi (Laura) and a Yank (Paige) - discussed the challenges of navigating a plant-based diet in the beginning. We all agreed that it wasn’t exactly a vegan piece of a cake and the transition would’ve been a lot easier with a guide or some beginner’s recipes. From these discussions, Plant Basics was formed to help others interested in a plant-based lifestyle. In 2023, Plant Basics is run from our base in Christchurch with the help of some great friends and family when things get busy.
