We produce craft-brewed, premium sauces from our HQ in Christchurch. Just like the birthplace of Glasseye Creek, Little Wanganui and Karamea on the beautiful West Coast of New Zealand, our sauces are all natural, all real and all really good! We only use the finest ingredients, with as many sourced locally as possible. We are proud our ingredients use no artificial nonsense, no stabilisers, no fructose or refined sugars, no numbers, no science. We use time and passion to hand craft sauces that make food better with only the finest ingredients. In Glasseye Creek sauces you will find them made with freshly squeezed full pulp orange juice from Napier, Canterbury blackcurrants, Marlborough wine vinegars, chillies from North Canterbury, blackstrap molasses from Southland, Californian raisins, French Dijon mustard, smoked jalapenos from Mexico, capers from Spain, and smoko from around the corner tuck shop.
