Make refined sugar free with the use of honey or maple syrup. One 500g bag of the Rustic White Mix is perfect for those wanting bake their own gluten free bread for the first time. It will make 1 large loaf or you can get creative and make make pizza bases, soft wraps, baguettes, cinnie-pinnies (cinnamon scrolls) Get confident in getting crafty in the kitchen and explore some new recipes! We offer shipping and delivery on all of our products! We ship to anywhere in New Zealand including to rural addresses, our despatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. Shipping is normally 2- 3 days depending on courier demand. You need to add a couple of extra days for rural delivery.

I was raised on a sheep and cropping farm, my sister is allergic to wool and I have coeliac disease. We weren’t exactly the best ambassadors for a fifth-generation New Zealand farming family. Our family has always been the backbone of what we do so when we became three generations living with coeliacs we decided it was time for change. It was time for gluten free bread to be eaten as a sandwich and be fit for any smoko basket in the sheep yards. We’re on this mission together to make eating normal.
