InformationThis Roast Pistachio and Apricot Couscous is mixed with our spice blends for a tasty meal. For a delicious dinner serve with lamb or beef skewers, feta cheese or grilled haloumi. Cooking instructions: Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pot and add contents of bag, stir for 1 minute. Add 2 cups hot water, bring to the boil then cover and simmer on a low heat for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to infuse while the steam finishes cooking the couscous. Meal ideas: For a delicious dinner serve with goat’s cheese, fresh green salad or chicken. Garnish with coriander or Italian parsley.
