InformationWith all the well-known health properties of raw honey plus the addition of turmeric and ginger, this mix may also increase anti-inflammatory properties and stimulate the immune system. This honey mix can also be taken daily as a preventative. For best results, store this in a cool, dry place, away from the direct sun light. How to use: For adults, take 1-2 teaspoons, 2-3times a day as required. Caution: Medicinal doses of ginger should NOT be taken if you: have a bleeding disorder, using blood thinners, have gallbladder disease or if you are pregnant. People with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) can use small amounts of turmeric but should not take medicinal amounts.
