Cooking with Remarkable Cream

In the late 70s Bill Cameron, the founder of Robbie Burns Liquor tried to make a cream liqueur to rival the Irish, not succeeding in his attempts he imported an Australian product called Continental Cream - however the dream for a home-grown liqueur remained.

In 2000, his son Neil developed a recipe from scratch - succeeding in creating a fresh cream based New Zealand Cream Liqueur. For many years these liqueurs were sold throughout the South Island with a small but loyal following.

It is from this journey the Cameron family created Remarkable Cream - now in the hands of the third generation, Bill's grandson, William, who has the privilege of now sharing it with you.
