The Good Food Collective is proud to feature some incredible products from The Food Store that are perfect for anyone – especially someone who is gluten free or has nut allergies. The Food Store creates amazing artisanal foods including spreads and condiments. Paul, from The Food Store, shares more about these premium items made with love and passion.

TGFC/ What makes your products special?

Paul/‘For the Love of Tams’ is New Zealand’s award-winning, premium Tamarillo Relish, gluten-free, and free from preservatives, ideal with cheese boards, roasted vegies, any meats, sandwiches and on pizza. While the Tamarillo Vinaigrette is ideal either mixed 50/50 with olive oil, or simply poured from the bottle. It also goes great drizzled over oysters, and strawberries! Both are gluten and dairy FREE.

Sunny B is the amazing new spread that is ideal for anyone with a nut allergy or those who simply want a delicious, good-for-you spread. Made from sunflower seeds, Sunny B delivers a great taste and healthy fats, along with vitamin E and minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese. Available in natural, smooth, crunchy and the extra delicious taste of chocolate, Sunny B comes in large 380gm recyclable jars.

Paul/ No, they are all great!

TGFC/What is your most popular product?

Paul/ It varies between markets – some places sell more relish, others more Vinaigrette. Over summer we sell more vinaigrette, over winter, more rRelish. Sunny B is new but will sell year round

TGFC/Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Paul/ For the Love of Tams has won multiple awards, most recently the Artisan Gold Medal!
